Ingredients

1 ½ pound of Salted dried fish

1 Separated egg

¼ cup of Flour

4 cups of Water

cup of Chopped onion

1 tablespoon of Cilantro leaf

½ cup of Oil

½ teaspoon of Achiote

½ teaspoon of Pepper

¼ cup of Chopped sweet chili

1 Celery stalk

2 Garlic cloves

Preparation

Step 1 : Soak the salted dried fish overnight to remove the salt.

Step 2 : Then rinse with hot water, drain, and carefully dismantle the flesh, removing the bones.

Step 3 : In a blender, combine green chili, onion, garlic, achiote, cilantro, celery, and egg to season the mixture.

Step 4 : Place a portion of the mixture in a spoon, add a piece of fish, and cover with another seasoned portion.

Step 5 : Fry the cakes in a pan with hot oil until golden brown on both sides, then place on absorbent paper.

Step 6 : They can be served with salad and slices.
