2 pounds of Beef mano de piedra

1 White onion

½ Red onion

½ Sweet chili or green morrón

½ Red chili or morrón

½ Yellow chili or morrón

1 Cilantro bunch

8 Garlic cloves

Salt, pepper, and cumin

4 Lemons

Preparation

Step 1 : Cut the beef into pieces to cook it better and to absorb the flavor of the seasonings.

Step 2 : Then, boil for one hour and save the resulting broth.

Step 3 : Once cooked, let the meat cool and shred it.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, cut all ingredients into cubes and squeeze the juice of 4 lemons.

Step 5 : Once the meat is shredded, add the previously cut ingredients and lemon juice.

Step 6 : Let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.

Step 7 : To accompany this dish, you can enjoy it with rice, beans, tortillas, and a salad of your choice.
