Ingredients

2 pounds of Beef cut into pieces

1 Chopped tomato into small cubes

2 Chopped onions into small cubes

2 Crushed garlic cloves

1 Chopped sweet chili

1 Chopped spicy chili

1 tablespoon of Finely chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon of Orange juice

1 tablespoon of Lemon juice

1 tablespoon of Vinegar

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Place the meat in a pot with water, and add salt and pepper to taste, along with the tomato and a chopped onion.

Step 2 : Boil over high heat until the meat is tender.

Step 3 : Once the meat is tender, strain and remove all the liquid.

Step 4 : Next, add the onion, garlic, cilantro, sweet chili, spicy chili, lemon juice, orange juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 5 : Done!
