Rice and Beans Blend
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of Oil
2 cups of Cooked beans
2 cups of Cooked white rice
2 tablespoons of Chopped sweet green chili
1 tablespoon of Culantro
¼ cup of Finely chopped onion
Preparation
Step 1 : Heat the oil in a medium skillet.
Step 2 : Fry the onion and sweet green chili until lightly golden.
Step 3 : Add the beans and culantro, and cook covered for 5 minutes.
Step 4 : Then, add the rice and stir well until ingredients are well incorporated.
Step 5 : Cover the skillet and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
