Ingredients

6 Large potatoes

1 Chopped onion

1 Chopped tomato

1 Chopped green chili

100 grams of Ground beef

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the Honduran Potato Filling, first wash and peel the potatoes, then boil them in water until soft.

Step 2 : In a skillet, fry the onion, tomato, green chili, and ground beef until golden.

Step 3 : Next, add the cooked potatoes and mash them together with the previous ingredients, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4 : Finally, form small portions of the mixture and fry them until golden on both sides.

Step 5 : Once ready, serve hot and enjoy this delicious dish.
