Ingredients

Pork Rice

2 pounds of Pork meat

2 Chopped medium onions

3 Peeled ripe tomatoes

2 Red chilies

2 Green chilies

4 Crushed garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Oil

1 ½ pound of Rice

Salt and pepper

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, add oil and sauté the crushed garlic, onion, chopped tomatoes, julienned chilies, and small pieces of pork.

Step 2 : Once the preparation is sautéed, add enough water to cover all ingredients, along with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3 : Let it cook over low heat until the meat is tender.

Step 4 : At that moment, add the rice and mix well with the meat.

Step 5 : Let it cook over low heat until the liquid evaporates.
