Ingredients

2 pounds of Pork

2 Chopped medium onions

3 Peeled ripe tomatoes

2 Red chiles

2 Green chiles

4 Crushed garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Oil

1 ½ pound of Rice

Salt and pepper

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Add oil to a skillet and sauté the crushed garlic, onion, chopped tomatoes, julienned chiles, and small pieces of meat.

Step 2 : Once the preparation is sautéed, add enough water to cover all the ingredients, along with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3 : Let it cook over low heat until the meat is tender.

Step 4 : At that moment, add the rice and mix well with the meat.

Step 5 : Allow it to cook over low heat until the liquid evaporates.
