1 Pork loin

1 pound of Bacon slices

Rosemary sprigs

2 tablespoons of Ground garlic

1 teaspoon of Oregano

¼ cup of Apple nectar

¼ cup of Peach nectar

2 tablespoons of Yellow butter

2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious bacon-wrapped pork loin, start by cutting the pork loin lengthwise to divide it into two sections.

Step 2 : Next, season both pieces with salt, pepper, oregano, Parmesan cheese, and ground garlic.

Step 3 : On a cutting board, lay out the bacon slices and wrap each pork piece separately with bacon.
