Ingredients

4 Pork chops

1 teaspoon of Achiote

1 teaspoon of Ground garlic

¼ cup of Pineapple juice

¼ cup of Tamarind juice

2 Yellow butter sticks

2 Lemons

1 cup of Chopped red chili pepper

½ teaspoon of Chopped garlic

1 tablespoon of Chopped cilantro

4 Green plantains

Cooking oil for frying

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, achiote, ground garlic, pineapple juice, and tamarind juice, then let them rest.

Step 2 : Mix the red chili pepper with garlic, salt, pepper, cilantro, and lime, then set aside in the refrigerator.
