Ingredients

1 pound of Pork ribs

1 pound of Pork loin

1 pinch of Salt

2 Green plantains

½ pound of Peeled yuca

2 Large potatoes

1 Carrot

½ Cabbage

5 Tomatoes

1 Passion fruit

1 Green chili

1 Onion

2 Garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Oil

3 cups of Water

2 Bay leaves

1 tablespoon of Chicken bouillon

1 tablespoon of Ground oregano

1 teaspoon of Ground cumin

3 Ripe plantains

Oil for frying

1 teaspoon of Sugar

¼ cup of Chopped cilantro

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The meats are seasoned with salt and pepper and left to rest for half an hour.

Step 2 : Add finely chopped onion, tomatoes, chili, and garlic to make a sofrito.

Step 3 : Add the remaining seasonings and vegetables, except for the ripe plantains, and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 4 : Then add the plantains and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 5 : The dish can be served with rice or tortillas.
