Ingredients
4 Burger buns
4 Boneless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon of Ground garlic
2 tablespoons of Lime juice
2 tablespoons of Pineapple juice
2 teaspoons of Mustard
2 cups of Wheat flour
2 Beaten eggs
½ liter of Oil for frying
2 cups of Slices of plantain or green banana
½ cup of Lime juice
2 Jalapeño peppers
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, the chicken thighs should be cleaned and seasoned with garlic, lime, pineapple, mustard, and spices, then marinated in the refrigerator.
Step 2 : To prepare the pink sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, orange juice, and cream in a bowl.
Step 3 : The coleslaw salad is made by combining cabbage, carrot, celery, sugar, mayonnaise, and orange juice.
Step 4 : The chicken should be coated with flour and beaten eggs, then fried in hot oil until golden and cooked through.
