Pollo Chuko
Ingredients
4 Burger buns
4 Boneless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon of Ground garlic
2 tablespoons of Lime juice
2 tablespoons of Pineapple juice
2 teaspoons of Mustard
2 cups of Wheat flour
2 Beaten eggs
0.5 liter of Frying oil
2 cups of Plantain slices or green bananas
0.5 cup of Lime juice
2 Jalapeño peppers
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, the chicken thighs should be cleaned and seasoned with garlic, lime, pineapple, mustard, and spices, then marinate in the refrigerator.
Step 2 : To prepare the pink sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, orange juice, and cream in a bowl.
Step 3 : Make the coleslaw salad by combining cabbage, carrot, celery, sugar, mayonnaise, and orange juice.
Step 4 : Dredge the chicken in flour and beaten egg, then fry in hot oil until golden and cooked.
Step 5 : Finally, warm the burger buns, assemble with coleslaw, plantain, pink sauce, chicken, add more sauce and cabbage, jalapeños, then serve.
