Ingredients

8 Ripe plantains

2 cups of Shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup of Grated quesillo

1 cup of Parmesan cheese

¼ cup of Apple juice

2 cups of Ground beans

2 cups of Ground beef

1 tablespoon of Garlic

2 tablespoons of Chopped parsley

Yellow butter

1 cup of Fresh jalapeños without veins and seeds

¼ cup of Chopped onion

2 Garlic cloves

½ cup of Parsley

¼ cup of Oil

1 Lemon

2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

¼ cup of Water

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the plantain lasagna, start by cutting the plantains into 4 longitudinal slices.

Step 2 : Then, in a pot, cook the ground meat with garlic, salt, and pepper until golden.

Step 3 : Grease a tray and layer alternately with plantains, beans, meat, and cheeses, repeating until the tray is full.

Step 4 : Ensure that the layers are well distributed.

Step 5 : Once assembled, bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.

Step 6 : While the lasagna bakes, prepare the green sauce by blending all ingredients until smooth and homogeneous.

Step 7 : After baking, remove the plantain lasagna from the oven and serve hot, accompanied by the prepared green sauce.
