Ingredients

1 cup of Chopped lettuce

1 Avocado

½ cup of Chopped tomato

¼ cup of Cream

2 Ripe plantains

Aluminum foil

¼ cup of Olive oil

3 tablespoons of Ketchup

1 tablespoon of Orange juice

¾ cup of Mayonnaise

2 tablespoons of Cream

1 pound of Ground beef

¼ cup of Yellow butter

1 cup of Water

¼ cup of Apple juice

2 tablespoons of Soy sauce

1 tablespoon of Ground garlic

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Black pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To make the sauce, start by mixing all the pink sauce ingredients in a bowl until completely combined, then store the mixture in the refrigerator.

Step 2 : Next, individually wrap each ripe plantain in aluminum foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.

Step 3 : Once baked, peel the plantains, mash them with a little olive oil, and form tortillas, which will then be cooked in a skillet.

Step 4 : In a medium-temperature pot, melt the Yellow Butter.

Step 5 : Then, add ground garlic and ground beef to cook them together.

Step 6 : Next, add water, apple juice, soy sauce, and season to taste, then set aside the mixture.

Step 7 : To assemble the enchiladas, place a portion of pink sauce, ground beef, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and a spoonful of Cream on each tortilla.

Step 8 : Finally, roll up the tortillas and they're ready to enjoy!
