Ingredients

4 Pork loin chops

½ cup of Pineapple juice

½ cup of Orange juice

1 tablespoon of Peach nectar

1 teaspoon of Ground garlic

1 tablespoon of Brown sugar

1 tablespoon of Ketchup

1 can of Canned pineapple

¼ cup of Chopped scallions

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Black pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Place the seasoned chops on a tray, add garlic, brown sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice, orange juice, and peach nectar, and let rest for 15 minutes.

Step 2 : Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the chops with oil, browning for 2-3 minutes on each side, then cook on low heat for 8 minutes.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, grill the pineapple slices in the same pan.

Step 4 : In another pan, cook the marinade until it thickens.

Step 5 : To serve, drizzle the chops with the reduced sauce and add pineapple and scallions before enjoying.
