Ingredients

1 pound of Clean beef fillet

3 tablespoons of Yellow butter

½ cup of Whole milk

2 cups of Cooked and peeled potatoes

2 teaspoons of Ground garlic

1 tablespoon of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The first recommendation is to cut the beef fillet into 4 medallions and then season them with salt, pepper, ground garlic, and olive oil, according to personal taste.
