Ingredients

4 Patastes

1 ½ cup of Grated semi-dry cheese

2 tablespoons of Melted margarine

1 tablespoon of Cream

1 pinch of Salt

0.5 pound of Cut quesillo

2 tablespoons of Bread crumbs

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Patastes are cooked whole and unpeeled in a pot with plenty of water for 30 minutes.

Step 2 : Then, they are cut in half and all of the inside is carefully removed without damaging the shell.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, preheat the oven.

Step 4 : The filling is prepared by mixing the inside of the patastes with grated cheese, salt, and pepper.

Step 5 : This mixture is placed inside the shells of the patastes.

Step 6 : A layer of quesillo is added over the stuffed patastes.

Step 7 : The patastes are baked until the quesillo melts and turns golden.
