Ingredients

½ cup of Chopped onion

1 Yellow butter stick

½ cup of Pineapple juice

6 Garlic cloves sliced

½ cup of Chopped sweet chili

1 Chopped celery stalk

8 Chicken drumsticks

2 cups of Mixed seafood

1 Tomato paste sachet

2 Bell peppers in strips

1 ½ cup of Precooked rice

3 ½ cups of Fish broth

Saffron

Olive oil

1 cup of Petit pois

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, heat the olive oil and the butter stick.

Step 2 : Then, sauté the onion, garlic, sweet chili, and celery.

Step 3 : It's important to season and brown the chicken drumsticks; then add the seafood, tomato paste, pineapple juice, and bell peppers.

Step 4 : Add the precooked rice, saffron, and cover with broth, cooking until the rice is ready.

Step 5 : Finally, incorporate the petit pois, serve, and enjoy this delicious paella.
