Ingredients

5 cups of Tender corn mash

½ cup of Pork fat

1 ½ cup of Milk

1 cup of Melted butter

2 Crushed garlic cloves

2 tablespoons of Salt

5 tablespoons of Sugar

¼ teaspoon of Pepper

1 Red chili with juice

1 Small chopped green chili

1 Chopped small onion

1 ½ pound of Pre-cooked pork ribs

2 Raisin boxes

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, mix the corn mash with all ingredients except the raisins and ribs.

Step 2 : Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic, and cumin to taste.

Step 3 : Hydrate the raisins in water to soften them.

Step 4 : Then, place corn leaves together, put 1 ½ scoops of corn masa, a rib, 4 raisins, and wrap tightly so nothing escapes.

Step 5 : Place a pot with water on the stove and add the montucas.

Step 6 : Let them cook over low heat.
