Ingredients

1 pound of Beef fillet

2 tablespoons of Pineapple juice

1 tablespoon of Tamarind juice

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

2 cups of Mixed lettuce

2 Sweet corn kernels

½ cup of Chopped cream cheese in small cubes

¼ cup of Radish slices

½ cup of Cherry tomatoes halved

¼ cup of Chopped green onion

½ cup of Small cubed edam cheese

¼ cup of Red onion slices

½ cup of Balsamic vinegar

½ cup of Honey

½ cup of Olive oil

2 tablespoons of Apple nectar

2 tablespoons of Pear nectar

1 Garlic clove

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by cutting the meat into one-finger thick fillets and season with pineapple juice, tamarind juice, salt, and pepper.

Step 2 : Let it marinate for 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Step 3 : Then, sear the meat in a very hot skillet for 2 minutes on each side, then cook to desired doneness at medium heat.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, sauté the corn in a skillet with a bit of oil until golden.

Step 5 : On a plate or tray, arrange the lettuce, sautéed corn, radishes, cherry tomatoes, green onion, Edam cheese, red onion, and cream cheese.

Step 6 : Once the meat is cooked, cut it into slices and serve over the salad, accompanied by the chosen dressing.
