Marmaon with Chicken
Ingredients
½ cup of Grated cheese
½ pound of Marmaon
2 Chicken breasts
¼ York ham
1 Onion
1 Green sweet chili
2 Cloves of garlic
1 Margarine stick
1 cup of Water
1 Carrot
1 Pataste (a type of vegetable or root if specific, can be kept as is)
Chicken broth
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large enough pot, bring water to a boil and add salt.
Step 2 : Add the Marmaon and cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 3 : Once cooked, drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 4 : In a skillet, sauté the garlic, onion, and chili.
Step 5 : Add the carrot, pataste, ham, and pre-cooked chicken breasts, all chopped very fine.
Step 6 : Then, incorporate a cup of chicken broth dissolved in water and let it cook until the vegetables are tender.
Step 7 : Once the vegetables are cooked, mix the preparation with the Marmaon.
Step 8 : When serving, add grated cheese on top.
