Ingredients

5 Chicken breasts

1 Finely chopped onion

3 Chopped tomatoes

¾ cup of Cream

½ cup of Loroco

¾ cup of Whole milk

Garlic salt

Chicken bouillon

1 tablespoon of Oil

1 Handful of alfalfa

Preparation

Step 1 : Season the chicken with garlic salt and chicken bouillon to taste.

Step 2 : In a deep pot, brown the chicken with oil.

Step 3 : Add tomato, onion, and milk.

Step 4 : Then add the chopped loroco and cook until the chicken is ready.

Step 5 : Add the cream and let it boil for a few minutes.

Step 6 : Adjust the salt according to your preference.

Step 7 : Serve accompanied by pasta and garnish with alfalfa.
