Lobster is often associated with difficult preparation. However, this recipe is quite simple to make and will delight you.
The history of this exquisite delicacy dates back to the ancestral richness of marine flavors, fused with the creativity of Honduran cuisine.
Lobster
Ingredients
1 pound of Yellow cheese
1 pinch of Salt
1 pound of Mozzarella cheese
1 Tomato
2 Large lobsters
1 Bar of margarine
1 Finely chopped large onion
1 Chopped large green chili
2 Crushed garlic cloves
½ cup of Chopped cilantro
Lemon slices
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, cook the lobster for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 2 : Then, extract the meat from the tail and claws, and set aside.
Step 3 : In a skillet, sauté all ingredients together with the lobster meat, except the cheeses.
Step 4 : For decoration, place the claws and the tail of the lobster in a dish, add the lobster meat on top, and sprinkle the cheeses over everything.
Step 5 : Preheat the oven to 350°C and cook the dish for 5 minutes.
