Ingredients

2 kilograms of Large king crab (crabs)

250 grams of Butter

8 Finely chopped garlic cloves

¼ cup of Finely chopped cilantro

1 Bay leaf

1 cup of White wine

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The king crab should be rinsed and placed in a steamer with salt to taste for 25 minutes.

Step 2 : Once cooked, remove from the pot and let it drain.

Step 3 : In a hot skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic to sauté for one minute, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 4 : Then add the king crab to the skillet along with the cilantro, bay leaf, and wine.

Step 5 : Cook over low heat, basting the crab with the sauce.

Step 6 : Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce reaches the desired consistency, then remove from heat and serve.
