Ingredients
6 Green plantains
1 teaspoon of Cumin
1 tablespoon of Chicken bouillon
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
1 Small onion
1 Chili
3 tablespoons of Margarine
¼ cup of Finely chopped cilantro

Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start peeling the plantains, washing them, and placing them in a pot with water and a pinch of salt.
Step 2 : Cook for about 20 minutes or until they are soft, then remove from the pot and let drain.
Step 3 : Once still hot, place them in a bowl and add salt, pepper, cumin, and bouillon, mashing them with the help of a potato masher or a fork, then set aside.
Step 4 : Next, finely chop the onion, chili, and garlic, then place them in a skillet with melted butter and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 5 : Pour this sauté into the bowl with the plantains, add cilantro, and mix well.
Step 6 : Adjust seasoning if necessary and finally serve this delicious dish.
