Honduran Garnachas
Ingredients
1 pound of Ground beef
1 Chopped onion
2 Chopped tomatoes
2 cups of Shredded cabbage
Corn tortillas
Frying oil
1 pinch of Salt
Red sauce and cream for serving
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, sauté the ground beef with the onion and tomato until golden, adding salt to taste.
Step 2 : Then, heat the corn tortillas on a comal.
Step 3 : To assemble the garnachas, place some meat on each tortilla, add shredded cabbage and sauce to taste.
Step 4 : Next, fry the garnachas in hot oil until crispy.
