Ingredients

2 Chicken breasts

1 ½ pound of Pre-cooked rice

Fresh cilantro

3 Medium carrots

½ Chopped onion

2 Celery stalks

2 Chopped tomatoes

½ Sweet chili pepper

Oregano

Pepper and cumin

Chicken broth

Margarine

Sausages

Curry

1 Minced garlic

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with water, place the half onion, tomatoes, quarter chili pepper, garlic, pepper, cumin, oregano, and chicken breasts.

Step 2 : Add the chopped cilantro, celery, a tablespoon of chicken broth, and let the chicken cook.

Step 3 : While the chicken cooks, chop the carrots, the remaining chili, and the sausages.

Step 4 : When the chicken is ready, remove it from the pot and reserve the broth for cooking the rice.

Step 5 : Blend the whole ingredients left in the broth to add them to the rice without losing their flavor.

Step 6 : In another pot, heat the margarine and sauté the sausages, chili, and carrot.

Step 7 : Then add the rice and stir, add curry to give color, and sauté everything for 5 minutes.

Step 8 : Next, add the chicken, the broth, and the blended ingredients from the broth, and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Step 9 : Finally, let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
