Honduran Baleadas
Ingredients
4 Flour tortillas
2 cups of Cooked black beans
2 Avocados
150 grams of Shredded cheese
4 tablespoons of Sour cream
Preparation
Step 1 : The beans are heated in a pan with a splash of oil and mashed slightly with a wooden spoon if you want to achieve a refried bean texture.
Step 2 : The avocados are peeled and sliced.
Step 3 : The tortillas are heated in a non-stick skillet and removed before they get too toasted.
Step 4 : The tortillas are filled with the beans, avocado, cheese, and sour cream in the indicated order, then folded.
