Honduran Baleadas

It is very easy to prepare, made with wheat tortillas filled with black or red beans, avocado, cheese, and sour cream. You can accompany them with some spicy salsa and a nice cold drink.

Ingredients

4 Flour tortillas

2 cups of Cooked black beans

2 Avocados

150 grams of Grated cheese

4 tablespoons of Sour cream

Preparation

Step 1 : Heat the beans in a skillet with a splash of oil and mash them slightly with a wooden spoon if you want to achieve a refried texture.

Step 2 : Peel and slice the avocados.

Step 3 : Warm the tortillas in a non-stick skillet and remove them before they toast.

Step 4 : Fill the tortillas with the beans, avocado, cheese, and sour cream, following the indicated order, and fold them.
