Ingredients

1 ½ kilogram of Pork loin

4 Crushed garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon of Soy sauce

1 teaspoon of Mustard

1 pinch of Salt

2 Green plantains

1 tablespoon of Pork fat

Cooking oil

1 Avocado

½ cup of Cooked beans

½ kilogram of Fresh soft cheese

Lemon slices

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, it is recommended to start by cutting the pork loin into strips and marinating it with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Step 2 : It is essential to refrigerate the mixture for at least 6 hours to enhance the flavors.

Step 3 : Next, peel the plantains and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick.

Step 4 : In a skillet with enough hot oil, fry the plantain slices on both sides until golden.

Step 5 : Remove and let rest on paper towels.

Step 6 : Gently flatten the slices with a meat mallet or rolling pin and continue frying until fully cooked.

Step 7 : Then, take the pork out of the refrigerator and fry it in a skillet with hot pork fat, making sure it browns evenly on all sides for about 30 minutes.

Step 8 : Remove and let rest on paper towels to remove excess fat.

Step 9 : Heat the beans and serve on a plate accompanied by slices of avocado, hog fry, plantain slices, soft cheese, and lemon wedges.
