Ingredients

1 pound of Ground beef

2 Tomatoes

1 Medium onion

3 Garlic cloves

½ teaspoon of Garlic powder

1 Egg

¾ cup of Bread crumbs

1 pinch of Salt

Oil

1 Beef broth

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, add the ground beef and mix with all ingredients except the bread crumbs.

Step 2 : It is important to finely chop large ingredients before incorporating them.

Step 3 : Once the mixture is obtained, form the patties that are then coated with bread crumbs.

Step 4 : Next, fry the patties for approximately 2 minutes on each side.

Step 5 : Finally, they can be served with slices and dressing to taste.
