Ingredients

12 Fresh sausages

¼ kilogram of Refried beans (prepared in advance)

1 Ripe avocado

½ kilogram of Soft cheese

¼ kilogram of Cooked rice

1 cup of Barbecue sauce

Preparation

Step 1 : The sausages are washed and dried with a dry towel or absorbent paper.

Step 2 : The grill or griddle (without oil) is heated over medium heat.

Step 3 : Once fully hot, the sausages are added without removing the casing and barbecue sauce is added.

Step 4 : They are cooked until nicely browned.

Step 5 : Serve with a slice of cheese, avocado, fried beans, and white rice.
