Grilled Meat with Chirmol
Ingredients
2 pounds of Beef flank
½ cup of Sour orange juice
3 Garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons of Oregano
4 Bay leaves
1 teaspoon of Cumin
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup of Olive oil
1 Diced onion
1 Diced tomato
½ cup of Chopped cilantro
¼ cup of Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a container, place the meat and add the orange juice, garlic, oregano, bay leaves, cumin, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 2 : Mix well so that the meat is coated with all the ingredients and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Step 3 : While the meat marinates, prepare the chirmol: in another container, add the olive oil, onion, tomato, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4 : Mix well and set aside.
Step 5 : After the 30-minute marination, heat the grill over medium heat.
Step 6 : Place the meat on the grill and cook on both sides until cooked to your desired doneness.
Step 7 : Once the meat is ready, cut into slices against the grain, add the chirmol, and it is ready to enjoy.
