2 ½ pounds of Meat for grilling

Juice of one lemon

Juice of one orange

4 Garlic cloves

½ Onion (preferably red)

Tortillas

Fried beans

Avocado

Cheese

Chismol (tomato salad)

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation (simple version)
