Grilled Beef
Ingredients
2 ½ pounds of Meat for roasting
Juice of one lemon
Juice of one orange
4 Cloves of garlic
½ Onion (preferably purple)
Tortillas
Fried beans
Avocado
Cheese
Chismol
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To begin, it is recommended to season the meat with lime juice, orange juice, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion the day before.
Step 2 : Once the meat is properly seasoned, place it on the grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
Step 3 : To serve, you can accompany the grilled meat with tortillas, avocado, fried beans, and chismol, if desired.
