Garlic Seafood Platter

Ingredients

2 Lobster tails

4 Pre-cooked mussels

50 grams of Raw shrimp

2 Baby octopus

1 Calamari tubes

4 Prawns

40 grams of Yellow butter

¼ cup of Orange juice

1 Small red onion

5 Garlic cloves

4 Chopped parsley sprigs

1 Lemon

½ Red bell pepper

½ Yellow bell pepper

White wine

Virgin olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Black pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first gather all the ingredients.

Step 2 : Once done, season all the seafood with salt and pepper.

Step 3 : Then, peel and clean the prawns, and cook them in a skillet with olive oil on both sides for about 1 minute.

Step 4 : Once cooked, remove and set aside.

Step 5 : In the same skillet, add the Yellow Butter and cook the shrimp for 1 minute, then set aside.

Step 6 : Next, sear the mussels for 30 seconds and also set aside.

Step 7 : The baby octopus and lobster tail are cooked in boiling water, then transferred to the skillet where the other seafood was cooked, and browned for 1 minute.

Step 8 : Then, cook the calamari rings for 1 minute, remove, and set aside.

Step 9 : In the same skillet, add the onion, cubed bell peppers, and finely chopped garlic, with a little salt and olive oil, over high heat.

Step 10 : Cook for 2 minutes until golden.

Step 11 : Next, add a splash of wine, stir to loosen any stuck juices, and cook for 30 seconds until the alcohol evaporates.

Step 12 : Return all the seafood to the skillet and mix everything thoroughly.

Step 13 : Taste and adjust with salt, pepper, and a splash of orange juice.

Step 14 : Finally, serve the dish garnished with finely chopped parsley.
