Ingredients

4 cups of Skinless thinly sliced potatoes

2 cups of Laminated mushrooms

1 cup of Shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup of Shredded parmesan cheese

½ cup of Shredded pecorino cheese

1 liter of Heavy cream

4 Eggs

4 tablespoons of Yellow butter

1 tablespoon of Ground garlic

½ cup of Chopped bacon

½ tablespoon of Chopped thyme

½ tablespoon of Chopped rosemary

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, begin by mixing in a bowl the cream, eggs, thyme, and rosemary.

Step 2 : In a skillet, sauté the yellow butter with ground garlic and bacon, then add this mixture to the cream mixture and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3 : Add the sliced potatoes and mushrooms to the mixture, then in a previously greased baking dish, layer the potatoes and mushrooms, intercalating with grated cheeses.

Step 4 : Pour some of the cream mixture between layers, repeating the process until all ingredients are used.

Step 5 : Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.

Step 6 : After that time, remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and return to the oven to gratinate for an additional 10 minutes.
