Ingredients

1 Chicken cut into eight pieces

½ cup of White wine

½ teaspoon of Lemon juice

4 tablespoons of Vegetable oil

4 Garlic cloves, crushed

Salt and pepper

½ teaspoon of Parsley

Thyme

1 pinch of Black pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a container, place the chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2 : In a skillet, add oil and heat over medium heat.

Step 3 : Brown the chicken with the skin for approximately 10 minutes, turning constantly until well browned.

Step 4 : Add garlic, parsley, and thyme; cook for about 5 minutes and then add the wine.

Step 5 : Cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 6 : Then, add lemon juice and let cook for another 15 minutes.

Step 7 : Once ready, it is prepared to be enjoyed.
