Ingredients

1 Tilapia

1 cup of Flour

1 teaspoon of Garlic powder

1 teaspoon of Onion powder

Vegetable oil

Fried green plantain slices

Cabbage salad

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first clean the fish inside and out, making 3 to 4 diagonal cuts on each side. Then season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.

Step 2 : In a tray, add the flour and mix with the garlic and onion powder.

Step 3 : Next, coat the fish with the seasoned flour.

Step 4 : Heat plenty of oil in a skillet and fry the fish on both sides until golden.

Step 5 : Remove the fish and let it drain.

Step 6 : To serve, accompany the fish with plantain slices and a cabbage salad to taste.
