Ingredients

6 Pork chops

2 teaspoons of Vinegar

2 Garlic cloves

Oregano

6 Potatoes

Olive oil

1 teaspoon of Paprika

Oil for frying

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, first wash the pork chops thoroughly and place them in a large container.

Step 2 : Then, add salt, pepper, oregano, and vinegar to enhance their flavor.

Step 3 : Next, heat the oil over medium heat and add the pork chops, frying until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, wash the potatoes, cut them into half-moons, and place them in a large dish.

Step 5 : Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and drizzle with enough olive oil.

Step 6 : Place the potatoes in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes or until golden.

Step 7 : Finally, serve the pork chops along with the potatoes and enjoy this delicious dish.
