Ingredients

4 Whole cleaned fish without scales

1 tablespoon of Seafood broth

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

1 cup of Flour

2 Bars of lard

Lemon slices

3 Unpeeled green plantains

Frying oil

1 tablespoon of Achiote

Preparation

Step 1 : The fish should be seasoned with salt, pepper, and seafood broth.

Step 2 : Prepare the flour mixed with achiote to give color to the coating.

Step 3 : Preheat a skillet with enough oil, then coat the fish with the flour mixture and fry for 5 minutes on each side.

Step 4 : Next, fry the green plantain slices in a different oil.

Step 5 : This dish can be served accompanied by chismol, cheese, and lemon slices.
