Fried Beans with Pork Chop

Ingredients

1 pound of Pork chop cut into pieces

2 cups of Cooked beans

½ Finely chopped medium onion

4 tablespoons of Oil

2 Crushed garlic cloves

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, add oil and sauté the onion and garlic.

Step 2 : Once the onions are caramelized, add the pork with salt and pepper to taste, and sauté until the meat is tender.

Step 3 : In a separate container, mash the beans until they form a purée.

Step 4 : Then, add the bean purée to the meat, mix well, and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5 : Once ready, serve.
