1 pound of Boneless chicken breast
2 Grated carrots
1 ½ Onion
6 Corn tortilla
12 Wooden toothpicks
2 tablespoons of Chicken broth
1 pinch of Salt
2 Peeled garlic cloves
4 Red tomatoes
½ Sweet chili
Cooking oil
Shredded white cheese
Chismol
Chopped cabbage
1 pinch of Pepper
