Ingredients

1 kilogram of Fish fillet

2 Large tomatoes

1 Large onion

2 Sweet peppers

3 Garlic cloves

2 tablespoons of Chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Step 2 : Add the chopped onion and sweet peppers, sauté until golden.

Step 3 : Add the chopped tomatoes and crushed garlic, cook for a few minutes.
