Ingredients

500 grams of White fish fillet

3 Eggs

½ cup of Milk

¼ cup of Melted butter

1 Chopped onion

1 Chopped red bell pepper

2 Chopped garlic cloves

1 cup of Breadcrumbs

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2 : In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk along with the melted butter.

Step 3 : Next, add the chopped onion, red bell pepper, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper to the mixture.

Step 4 : Then, add the previously cut fish into pieces and mix thoroughly.

Step 5 : Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
