Ingredients

3 pounds of Lavender shrimp

1 Garlic clove

1 Sofrito package

2 tablespoons of Butter

1 Spice packet

2 Julienned white onions

1 Achiote packet

2 Celery stalks

Olive oil

2 Julienned sweet peppers

1 Cilantro bundle

1 can of Tomato sauce

2 cups of Water

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Add oil, shrimp, half of the chili, and half of the onion to a skillet.

Step 2 : In a separate pot, add the sofrito, onion, chili, garlic, celery, and tomato sauce, then bring to a boil.

Step 3 : Add the shrimp to the sauce in the pot and mix well.

Step 4 : Add butter, salt, achiote, and cook for 5 minutes.
