Ingredients

2 kilograms of Shrimp

1 can of Cream milk

1 Shrimp bouillon cube

1 teaspoon of Mustard

1 pinch of Salt

1 tablespoon of Olive oil

1 Small green chili

1 Garlic head

1 Cilantro bunch

1 teaspoon of Garlic powder

Thyme, oregano, and bay leaf

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash the shrimp and remove the shells, then set aside.

Step 2 : In a skillet with olive oil, sauté the shrimp for about 5 minutes.

Step 3 : Chop the garlic, chili, and onion, then add to the skillet with the shrimp and sauté everything over low heat for 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Then, add the shrimp bouillon and 1/2 cup of water.

Step 5 : In a plastic container, combine the mustard with a little olive oil, mix slowly, and pour along with the can of condensed milk.

Step 6 : Add the garlic powder, a pinch of salt, the spices, and mix.

Step 7 : Chop the cilantro, add to the mixture, and cook for a couple of minutes before removing from heat.

Step 8 : Serve the preparation with white rice and French fries.
