Ingredients

1 cup of White rice

1 Onion

1 can of Sweet corn

1 Chicken broth

1 pinch of Salt

1 Garlic clove

2 cups of Water

4 tablespoons of Oil

1 Cilantro bunch

2 Chunks

1 Sweet pepper

1 pound of Potato

1 Carrot

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with oil, sauté the onion, carrot, and finely chopped garlic.

Step 2 : Then add the rice and mix to sauté.

Step 3 : Subsequently, add the remaining ingredients and cover the pot to cook for 15 minutes.

Step 4 : Finally, the dish can be served with cooked green banana if desired.
