Conchitas with Pork
Ingredients
1 pound of Pasta shells
1 pound of Pork
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
Spices to taste
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Black pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large pot, cook the pasta shells following the package instructions.
Step 2 : Then, drain and set aside.
Step 3 : Cut the pork into small pieces and season with salt, pepper, and spices to taste.
Step 4 : In a large skillet, brown the pork along with the chopped onion and garlic until fully cooked.
Step 5 : Next, add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet and mix well to combine all the flavors.
