Ingredients

6 Sea conchs

1 Pork leg cut into small pieces

2 cups of Chicken broth

1 Chopped onion

2 Minced garlic cloves

1 Chopped tomato

1 Chopped green bell pepper

1 Sliced carrot

1 Chopped celery stalk

1 teaspoon of Cumin

Oil for frying

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large skillet, heat a little oil and brown the pork leg until well cooked.

Step 2 : Then add the onion, garlic, tomato, bell pepper, carrot, and celery, and cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
