Ingredients

1 Whole chicken

1 cup of Yellow butter

½ cup of Pineapple juice

¼ cup of Orange juice

½ cup of Peach nectar

1 cup of White wine

1 tablespoon of Paprika

1 tablespoon of Chopped rosemary

1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley

1 tablespoon of Chopped thyme

1 cup of Chopped onions

1 cup of Chopped carrots

2 Heads of garlic halved

2 cups of Quartered potatoes

1 tablespoon of Salt

½ tablespoon of Black pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by combining the Yellow Butter with rosemary, parsley, and thyme in a processor, aiming to get a smooth mixture.

Step 2 : Next, season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, rubbing the skin with the aromatic butter mixture.

Step 3 : Proceed to place this mixture under the skin of the chicken, making sure to cover it completely without breaking it.

Step 4 : On a suitable baking tray, arrange the potatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic.

Step 5 : Then, place the chicken on top of the vegetables and add the Pineapple Juice, Peach Nectar, and White Wine.

Step 6 : Bake the preparation at 350°F for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Step 7 : If any of the butter mixture remains, you can add it to the tray along with the Orange Juice.

Step 8 : During cooking, it is recommended to baste the chicken with the juices from the tray every 20 minutes.

Step 9 : To brown the skin, increase the temperature to 400°F during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

Step 10 : The result is a delicious chicken with a unique flavor touch, perfect for enjoying with family or friends.
