Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 Julienned red chili
1 Sliced onion
3 Cut medium potatoes into squares
1 Jar of spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons of Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Add oil to a skillet and heat over medium heat.
Step 2 : Add the chicken and cook for about 4 minutes on each side.
Step 3 : Then, add the onions, potatoes, and chili.
Step 4 : Lower the heat, cover, and let cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 5 : Next, add the spaghetti sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
