Ingredients

1 Chicken cut into eight pieces

1 Beer

¼ cup of Oil

1 Onion slices

2 Garlic cloves, chopped

2 tablespoons of Flour

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot, add oil and let it heat well.

Step 2 : When the oil is hot, add the chicken and sauté until golden.

Step 3 : Then, remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.

Step 4 : In the same pot, add more oil and add the onion, sautéing until caramelized.

Step 5 : Next, add the garlic and flour, cooking for one minute and stirring constantly.

Step 6 : Then, add the beer and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.

Step 7 : Once the mixture has thickened, return the chicken to the pot, add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8 : Let it cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, turning the chicken constantly.
